Medical documentation (without a human in the loop) has pushed AI to the limit. Despite huge advancements, problems like hallucination have made "perfect medical documentation" beyond the reach of many companies. The AvodahMed team has found a breakthrough in medical summarization that empowers the provider with all of the information necessary for S.O.A.P. note documentation, while reducing the risk of AI's ability to generate false medical information to a near-zero risk.
