SOAP Note 📑
This is fake patient data.
- A SOAP note is the final output of all sessions
- For encounters with multiple workflow steps, the contextual summary is provided for each individual session state
- The general summary (structured HPI) will continue to be rendered in the appointment card on the dashboard
- Practices can still print, download, or copy this information and place it into their EMR.
- Providers should follow these best practices, to increase the performance of the engine:
- * For EMR-integrated customers, the field-level integration will vary. Contact your CSM for details.

Documentation Settings 🩺
Customize your documentation settings in NSight to align summaries to EMRs, and Provider's preferred documentation format
- Ability to set default Documentation settings to the existing Contextual Summary format, or SOAP note format for the entire practice.
- Contextual Summary includes Extracted Information, Missing Information, General Summary, and Vitals.
- SOAP Note summary generates Subjective, Objective, Assessments and Plans.
- Providers can now customize their documentation settings, based on their personal needs.
- Providers can view the default practice setting
- This selection will change documentation settings for only the Provider.
- The different documentation settings will only show up in an appointment when the appropriate Provider has been assigned.
