AI-Powered Medical Documentation: With advanced AI capabilities, NSight now offers unparalleled support for medical documentation showcased in our SOAP note, Full Encounter Summary with Provider note. Say goodbye to tedious data entry and hello to effortless documentation, allowing you to focus more on patient care. Working in partnership with us will enable direct links to writing documentation back into your EMR. (Athena Phase 1, with additional EMR integrations in the future)
3. E&M Time-based Complexity Identification : Identifying Evaluation and Management (E&M) complexity just got easier. Our AI algorithms analyze patient encounters to accurately identify time-based complexity levels to support medical billing, streamlining your revenue management process. Enhanced Documentation

• Expanding upon our Documentation views, Customers will now have access to SOAP and Full Encounter Summary, both with Provider note, documentation types at the very end of each encounter.
  • Users (both EMR integrated, and Non-EMR integrated) will now have access to summary documents - Full Contextual Summary, SOAP Note - with our 2.0 release.
    • Users will continue to have the ability, should they choose, to edit their summary documentation in Nsight, copy/paste it into their desired locations, and download or print the document.
• Provider Note : The Provider Note section, when utilized will now be incorporated in each summary documentation view.

Quick Start (Available only to non-EMR integrated customers)

• To better serve our customers, we are excited to showcase Quick Start. A feature intended to remove the administrative burden of schedule dependency for our Non-EMR integrated customers.
  • Reduce clicks to utilize Nsight for patient encounters
  • Quick Start inherits Avodah's default workflow
  • Selecting a patient from Nsight is all it takes to launch a session!
    • Visit and Provider Note
  • Partner with your Customer Success representative to upload your patient (MPI) list.
  • Customers will enjoy all of our existing value with enabled Care Prompts, Documentation, E/M Time Complexity from a Quick Start session the same as In-Office or Telehealth sessions.

Evaluation & Management (E/M Time Complexity)

• Evaluate the information available to us from the transcription to surface relevant information to better inform the E/M code associated with time spent in a visit, according to the Evaluation and Management Guidelines.
  • During each session of a workflow, a timer will help to capture and articulate time spent in a more meaningful way to our users.
  • At the end of all sessions, and once in the documentation view, Users will be able to see the suggested Time-related E/M Complexity code

Enhanced Clinical Note 🗒️

• Expanding upon our Documentation offerings, we are incorporating certain practices and specialties that leverage other documentation types to serve the needs of their Patients and Practice.

Care Review

• Capturing historical data from Patient's previous appointments for EHR integrated customers (AthenaV2)
• Better understanding of the patient's past diagnosis

Automatic Send to the EMR 🔘 (Release date is TBD)

• Practices can now select which type of Document they want to send to their EMR (AthenaV2), only for our Athena integrated customers

Evaluation & Management Problem Identification

• Evaluate the information available to us from the transcription to surface relevant information to better inform medical billing partners on problems and procedures discussed, performed or ordered based on Evaluation and Management Guidelines.

Known Bugs

• UI issue for smaller screens which has limited the full visibility of contents
• Provider Note is not included in summarization (also true for any dictation steps)
