Introducing Nsight Version 2.1

1. DocWizard: Enhance the user experience by enabling healthcare providers to personalize and customize their notes efficiently.
2. Referral Note for Veradigm: Reducing the effort of Providers in VEHR by up to 27 clicks!! Nsight AI will automatically generate relevant information to produce a referral note when discussed by a provider.
3. Roles & Permissions: Admins can configure permissions respective to their dynamic practice needs. Displayed in the UI.
4. AI Solution Improvements: Bolstered documentation output seen in the Clinical Note, SOAP note, and Referral Note.
5. Telehealth Updates: Stabilized telehealth flow by resolving some of the reported bugs. Now, there is an ability for participants to receive a reminder email before 24hrs and 1hr before the session.

• The Document Wizard is designed to enhance the user experience of NSight by enabling healthcare providers to personalize and customize their notes efficiently.
  • From the Documentation step in the workflow, users now have the ability to edit and create new templates for each note type.
    • Users can hide and show respective fields, and reorganize in a manner that feels more familiar to the user.
      • Hide/Show functionality can limit what fields we write back to in their EMR
    • Admins can set this globally for their Practice
    • Individual Providers can tailor this specifically for their needs, when the permission is enabled.
• This feature will leverage AI to enable configuration and note generation tailored to different specialties to streamline the documentation process, reduce administrative burden, and improve the customer experience by providing intuitive note structures and adapting to the specific needs of each provider.
  • Upcoming Phase 2 feature aspect: This feature will leverage AI to enable pre-configuration and note generation tailored to different specialties to streamline the documentation process, reduce administrative burden, and improve the customer experience by providing intuitive note structures and adapting to the specific needs of each provider.

Referral Note for Veradigm

• With our AI Solutions, Nsight now has the ability to identify specific and relevant information to create a referral order, in Veradigm EHR.
• This feature's functionality will be limited to VEHR for the initial 11/1 launch.
• With Nsight's AI-powered medical referral note generation, healthcare providers and coordinators can significantly reduce the burden of manual documentation, leading to increased operational efficiency and improved patient outcomes.

  • The most exciting part of this feature is understanding that Providers have up to 27 clicks potentially required to generate an internal referral order inside of VEHR. We knew this was a problem we could tackle! As such, we've delivered a feature that takes out the bulk of the administrative work from Providers, while also ensuring more information is provided for their Referral Coordinator!
  • With Nsight, we precheck the most important boxes, and complete the Reason for Consultation thus ensuring:
    • The Referral Coordinator has more detail to ensure they're sending the patient to the right person
    • More detailed information is sent to the Referred Provider by the treating Provider
    • Reducing the amount of work on the Provider to ensure the right information is sent along.
  • Providers now only need to select the Referral drop-down to select a provider/carrier if they prefer, validate they're happy with the information, and click OK!!
    • • That's either 1 click, or 3 clicks - MAX
  • Upcoming Phase 2 feature aspect: Athena functionality build is on the Horizon!

Roles and Permissions

• Admins now have the ability to configure Roles and Permissions for their practice in manner that aligns with their specific needs.
• Phase 1 delivers current functionality already built into the product, now available in the User Interface.

Single-Sign-On Solution

• Reducing access clicks between VEHR and Nsight
  • Now hosting SSO from patient face sheet to Nsight appointment
  • Accessible under Partner Solutions

AI Solutions 💻

• We've heard the overwhelming feedback from our customers. They want more! Introducing Nsight AI Solution v3.0
  • Our AI team is constantly working to improve the documentation outputs for our users.
    • With that, our latest AI Solutions are new and improved!
  • Users can expect the default AI Solutions to produce more verbose documentation from the captured transcripts.

DocWizard Settings

• Users have the ability to preconfigure their templates before ever beginning a session.
  • Giving Users like Practice Admins and Providers the freedom to choose how and when they want to configure their documentation to meet their unique needs continues to emphasize the lite touch we aim for.
  • In the initial launch, user preference is key.
    • Future Phase: As we continue to evolve our AI solutions, and with the construction of Autoconfiguration on the horizon, we will preload templates based on specialty and user preference as indicated in their EMR.

    • Our Standard AI solutions are our most detailed yet

    • Reducing Clicks and getting rid of the keyboard is our Motto!
    • As we continue to build out integrations, we'll give Users and Practices the ability to select which of their preferred templates they want us to always send to their EMR for them.
