Ambient Scribe Release 25.13.10 (July 1, 2025)
We’re excited to share the latest updates in Ambient Scribe 25.13.10, now live! This release empowers users with greater customization, smoother documentation review, and key backend improvements for faster, more reliable performance.
🚀 Overview
This release focuses on giving users more control over workflows, faster access to historical documentation, and tighter system security—while resolving bugs and increasing backend observability.
We Heard You: Workflow Customization Just Got Easier
We know every practice runs a little differently — and the ability to tailor your documentation workflow to fit your clinical style is critical. That’s why we’ve enhanced AvodahMed’s default workflows to allow for greater flexibility and customization.
You can now:
- Edit default workflows like “In-Office” and “QuickStart” directly from your settings.
- Change step names, descriptions, and order to match your clinical process.
- Remove unnecessary steps or add new ones — all without rebuilding from scratch.
This enhancement ensures that AvodahMed works the way your team works, with smarter defaults and faster setup. Your changes are applied immediately to future appointments, and the original system default stays safely intact for reference.
⚠️ Note: Each workflow must still include at least one transcription step as transcription remains a required part of documentation.
We’re committed to simplifying your experience while giving you more control — and this is just the beginning. Let us know how else we can continue to improve your workflow.
