Ambient Scribe Release 25.16.05 (August 13, 2025)

🚀 Overview

In this release, we've focused on improving usability, reducing workflow disruptions, and strengthening system stability across both clinical and backend functions.

Important Highlights:

  • Prompt Enhancements for improved quality of note output
      • Introducing HPI with standard introduction sentence based on patient demographics and chief complaint
      • Have the ability to also identify structured Diagnosis Codes (ICD10, HCC, etc) associated with the diagnosis identified by the LLM during the conversation
  • NOTE: ICD10 code will not be visible in the UI with this release. We WILL NOT highlight this enhancement to customers yet as does not provide much customer value
      • Neurology Specialty Prompt Ready for Beta Testing
      • Athena Referral Note Writeback Build Complete!
    • CDS 2.0 Enhancements
      • Enablement for a SINGLE diagnosis code to be associated/linked to multiple protocols
      • Increased threshold to display diagnosis with a ≥ 80% confidence score

Other key enhancements include refined structured field formatting and expanded protocol flexibility tied to diagnoses. We’ve also addressed several workflow-impacting bugs—such as calendar filter persistence, note-type saving, and transcription errors—while improving dictation accessibility and user data handling.

On the backend, we resolved multiple infrastructure and automation issues, improved test coverage reliability, and optimized event handling for better performance in low-connectivity environments. These updates collectively support a smoother, more responsive experience for both clinicians and internal teams.
