Documentation- These enhancements have been incorporated into our 9.1 prompt, which has been pushed to production but is not yet enabled
- Made a minor change in the prompt to not to add follow-ups as referrals (MEDAI-737)
- Pushed a minor prompt change to include punctuation in the HPI (MEDAI-756)
- Enhanced Assessment and Plan to expand beyond 4 problems or issues discussed during the visit with backend and prompt changes (MEDAI-811)
🐞Additional Bug Fixes:
- MED-3569 – Fixed issue where clicking “reset to default” did not unhide the Medication and Dosage field.
- MED-3844 – Fixed bug where hiding sections in a custom template disabled both Save changes and Cancel buttons.

- MED-3853 – Removed Vietnamese Language from all tenants in demo and production.
- AWS no longer provides diarization functionality for this language
- MED-3909 – Automated Slack notification to avodah-med-dev channel on deploy with tag details.
- MED-3900 – Created new endpoint to update provider preferences.
