Important Highlights
Diagnosis Recommendation and Integration Enhancement:
- Started work for improved integration and improved LLM performance via historical diagnosis context (MED-3973, MED-3970)
- Enable modular deployment of the 9.1 release, allowing users to disable ICD-10 code display and integration while retaining all other enhancements (MED-3995)
Protocols UI Upload: Introducing a patient-facing enhancement that allows users to upload protocols and their associated ICD-10 codes at the individual user level (MED-3775)
- Behind a feature flag-currently turned off. More to come on this next week!

- MED-3814 – Provider Preferences enabled for Dr. Lloyd, including updated prompt logic.

- MED-3946 – Fixed issue with querying layouts in DocWizard.
- MED-3949 – Fixed bug where hiding/unhiding could randomly switch layouts.
- MED-3903 – Resolved issue allowing multiple new steps with the same name.
- MED-3569 – Fixed bug where Medication and Dosage fields stayed hidden even after “Reset to Default.”
- MED-3924 – Fixed microphone detection issue reported by AA Spine—mic now initializes correctly.
- MED-3948 – Fixed demo environment issue preventing referral note submission.
- MED-3863 – Fixed long-duration appointment (75+ min) crash during completion flow.
- MED-3982 – Resolved Nsight dialog warning errors.
- MED-3570 – Fixed issue where note appeared blank if all three note types failed to generate.
- MED-3962 – Fixed issue where rearranging sections in Custom Template settings did not persist.
- MED-3896 – Enforced role-based permissions to restrict appointment deletion to authorized users only.
