Important Highlights
Diagnosis Reconciliation: Search for the diagnosis in VEHR, associate any existing diagnosis to the patient’s chart and current encounter, and add the appropriate diagnosis to the Assessment & Plan for sending to VEHR (MED-4095, MED-4098, MED-4143, MED-4146, MED-4157, MED-4172, MED-4152, MED-4151, MED-4135, MED-4084, MED-4177, MED-4184)
- Added new API to TRPC for the reconciliation (MED-4094)
Additional Bug Fixes:
- MED-4070 – Fixed specialty display issue where some providers were not seeing the correct specialty listed.
- MED-4032 – Resolved an issue with the menu (“three dots”) not showing on smaller screens. This menu is only visible for users with Admin or Super Admin permissions.
- MED-4102 – Corrected formatting behavior where bullet points in the HPI were incorrectly converted into paragraph text.
- MED-4156 – Fix issue where French Canadian transcription was not working on staging
