We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Production and Demo to address several issues impacting encounter handling, appointment timing, and order set stability. These fixes improve reliability and ensure clinical data remains accurate and consistent. 

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. 

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

• MED-4393 – Cleaned up errors related to Order Sets to improve stability and reduce unexpected failures.

• MED-4440 – Fixed an issue where appointments launched via SSO did not respect the practices configured time zone. SSO-Launched appointments now use the correct time zone, while standard appointment syncing remains unchanged.

• MED-4227  –  Updated encounter handling to use a new Unity call so that updates (notes, diagnoses, and related data) are saved under the same encounter, preventing duplicate encounters from being created.

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
