🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. 

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

• MED-3822:  Resolved an issue in Live DocWizard where selecting a newly added or modified template caused an error. Users can now create, edit, and select custom templates without interruption.

⚙️ Tech Debt:

• MED-3790: Athena Referral Note patch deployed to exclude reason for referral in order to pass through the order correctly in Athena EHR 

🛡️ Impact & Next Steps:

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
