AvodahMed Ambient Scribe Hotfix Release 25.14.25 (July 25, 2025)

We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Production to quickly resolve issues impacting documentation generation and backend stability. These updates help restore performance, reduce noise in logs, and ensure smoother clinical documentation experiences for our users.

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal schedule to address a critical issue preventing documentation generation for a subset of appointments due to data migration issues. It also resolves key infrastructure configuration bugs for more reliable service operation.

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

• MED-3527: Fixed a bug that blocked documentation generation for some appointments after recent data migration. Documentation now generates as expected.
  
  

⚙️ Stability & Infrastructure Improvements:

• MED-3435: Updated the Summary Service to correctly pull from the intended production folder, ensuring summaries generate from accurate and current transcript data.
• MED-3525: Removed stdout logging in production to reduce unnecessary logging noise and improve system performance.

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
