AvodahMed Ambient Scribe Release 25.14.31 (7/30/2025)
This release delivers key bug fixes and backend improvements to improve clinical workflow stability, eliminate disruptive behaviors in dictation and documentation fields, and extend multi-specialty support. Several enhancements directly support our ongoing Structured Documentation and Multi-Language transcription initiatives.

All users will benefit from improved documentation stability, more accurate protocol and symptom behavior, and consistent dictation field behavior. No action is required on your part.

🔍 What’s New?
🐞 Bug Fixes:
- MED-3416: Dictation button now returns to its original hover-only display at the field level—keeping UI clean and intuitive.
- MED-3507: Voice Profile settings have been fully disabled for non-Soniox users.
- MED-3483: Newly added users via Admin Portal now receive a Unique ID immediately upon save.
- MED-3469: Duplicate symptoms no longer appear—ensuring clear, deduplicated lists during review.
- MED-3485: Replaced GetEncounterByApptID with FindEncounterByApptID to eliminate rare “encounter takeover” behaviors.
- MED-3487: Fix ensures Clinical Dictation appears consistently across SOAP, Clinical, and Referral notes.
- MED-3508: Fix to stop random dot “.” from appearing at start of typing in dictation fields.
- MED-3502: Dictation step no longer auto-generates symptoms or triggers protocols. Updated deduplication logic improves reliability.
- MED-3410: Users can now create and edit DocWizard templates as expected.
- MED-3503: Fixes UI issue where timer briefly displayed time from previous appointment.
- MED-3538: Legacy appointments now reliably visible in the UI.
- MED-3526: Typing in an empty field no longer inserts a leading dot (“.”).
- MED-3540: Fixed stepper buttons (Visit, Dictation, etc.) so they function correctly even on completed appointments.
⚙️ Tech Debt and Backend Enhancements:
- MED-3245: Lambda added to query external data and load rows into Amazon SQS, supporting future analytics and reporting needs.
- MED-3355: Admin Portal prep work for runtime secrets improves security and observability.
- MED-3500: Transcription in multiple languages now supported while ensuring all symptom detection output is translated back into English.
- MED-3501: Support added for Pain Management and Urogynecology specialties.
- MED-3474: Super Note TRPC fetch optimized to reduce unnecessary logs.
- MED-3435: Environment key normalization fixes navigation in Super Note folders.
- MED-3271–3274: Added health check endpoints across core services: symptom detector, EMR integrations, and backend health monitoring.
- MED-3378: Test ID tags added for appointment cards to support UI automation and QA coverage.
