🚀 Overview
This release introduces new features to enhance personalization and reduce workflow friction, while also delivering important bug fixes and backend improvements for performance, reliability, and monitoring.
Important Highlights:
Skip-Step Confirmation Enhancements: Users can now control skip-step reminders — choose to hide them just once, for an hour, for the rest of the day, or forever, with preferences saved per step.
Note: Selection applied at a user level and only applied to the specific workflow step you made selection for
Options and Definitions
- If “The next hour” is selected, the reminder is hidden for 60 minutes.
- If “The rest of today” is selected, the reminder is hidden until midnight local time.
- If “Forever” is selected, the reminder is never shown again (unless user preferences are reset manually in the future).
Improved Error Handling: Users will now see errors when individual notes fail to generate, not just when all fail.
VEHR A&P Writeback Improvements: The A&P section now writes back to VEHR with cleaner formatting for improved readability.
Technical Stability: Refactored backend services and optimized Lambda functions for improved efficiency and reliability.

- MED-3338: Added a confirmation modal when skipping steps, allowing users to temporarily or permanently dismiss reminders.
- MED-3739: Implemented backend support for Provider Note Preferences, enabling the groundwork for customizable documentation rules.
🐞 Bug Fixes:
- MED-3740: Mic and minus icons are now hidden unless hovered, preventing unnecessary clutter.
- MEDAI-755: Adds support for procedures (e.g. colonoscopies, mammograms); improves detection of AWV-type visits (e.g. routine visits) to improve problem detection
- MED-3571: Fixed issue where no error was shown if only the Referral Note failed—users will now see appropriate error messaging.
- MED-3741: Improved formatting of the Assessment & Plan section when returned to the VEHR.
- MED-3373: Updated COMPLETE_STEP TRPC endpoint to call EVENT_TERMINATE_KINESIS_STREAM, ensuring diarization functions correctly.
- MED-3787: Updates the Super Note UI to correctly display the total number of referral notes
- MED-3792: Improves error handling in the password update flow by enhancing the catch logic to properly detect and display multiple error messages in the response

- MED-3652: Added data-dd-action-name="Edit field" attribute to mask fields in Datadog for better observability.
- MED-3775: Hide Optional fields in UI Protocol Upload forms
- MED-3753: Create new app for Med Call Center
- MED-3665: Dictation tool to appear at header level with eye and ellipses upon hover, and automatically add new line once selected
- MED-3791: Note Generation Time available as a metric
- MED-3670: When a transcription record is created, the transcription-language value from the User table should be fetched and set on the new/updated transcription record
- MED-3776: Dynamic NSIGHT_URL resolution for blue-green deployments
- MED-3588: Refactored Diarization Lambda to better handle audio parts.
- MED-3631: Added a button in Settings → Personal to reset all workflow skip configurations.
MED-3769: Optimized concatenate-raw-audio Lambda by eliminating unnecessary HeadObjectCommand API calls. - MED-3585: Fixed backend handling of workflow names with spaces by ensuring whitespace is removed.
