🔍 What’s New?
Improved Provider Specific Configuration with Specialty Selection (MED-2988 - enhancement)
- As an Avodah Admin or Clinician/Provider, you can now select and edit your specialty.
- Improves the note output by setting your specialty, enabling tailored note prompts and transcription accuracy.
- Users can visualize specialty selections in:
- Teams Page
- Personal Settings Page
- Appointment Header next to user’s name
- New Team Member Modal
- For multispecialty providers/users, please keep default specialty as Primary Care until we can enable Multispecialty selection.
- For internal teams and users (sales/services -demo environment), return to the settings page and manually switch specialties between demos.
Workflow Stability
- Workflow Alignment (MED-3733 - Bug Fix)
- Fixes the issue where appointments did not reflect updated workflows.
- Deleted steps are no longer visible.
- Documentation Step Activation (MED-3579 - Bug Fix)
- The documentation step now only becomes active after the final step is fully completed.
- Clicking on it no longer triggers processing prematurely.
Usability Enhancements
- DocWizard Modal Window Behavior (MED-3727 - enhancement)
- The DocWizard modal window now closes automatically after either the Save changes or Cancel button is clicked.
- Template Selection Behavior (MED-3822 - Bug Fix)
- Fixes error preventing users from selecting a template.
🐞Additional Bug Fixes:
- MED-3572 – Fixes issue found internally where protocol activity (e.g., Kidney Stones, UTI) was not appearing in History results when filtered by Nsight Service.
- MED-3874 – Fixed an issue where hidden sections of a note were still being sent back to the EHR. Now, only visible sections are included.
- MED-3878 – Resolved an issue where sending notes to VEHR and Athena could result in empty notes being written back. Notes now write back as expected.
🧹 Technical Improvements (Tech Debt)
- MED-3790 – Enhanced logging for Athena Referral Notes.
- MEDAI-755 – Added support for procedures in testResults.
- MED-3833 – Added dd-trace to Summary Service Lambda for improved observability.
- MED-3755 – Integrated Clerk in the new Call Center
- MED-3368 – Downgraded the recording stream and sent config to WebSocket param, resulting in faster diarization.
- MED-3838 – Added package dependency paths to deployment triggers.
- MED-3713 – Added med-callcenter app to CI/CD pipeline with DNS switching.
- MED-3781 – Removed hardcoded S3 bucket names and replaced them with environment variables.
