Important Highlights
Provider Preferences Education: Adds in-app educational content to guide users on customization and best practices. (MED-4039)
Diagnosis Reconciliation: Automatically creates a new diagnosis in the EHR and updates previously inactive diagnoses detected during encounters. (MED-3970)
Practice Fusion:
- Maps each SOAP section (Subjective, Objective, Assessment & Plan) to the appropriate Practice Fusion fields for structured EHR writeback. (MED-3447)

Labs/Orders Automation: Introduces an Order Sets tab within the documentation workflow, allowing users to access diagnosis-driven order recommendations seamlessly. (Hidden for now) (MED-3491)
Additional Bug Fixes:
- MED-4029 – Corrected input validation so user phone numbers save properly in personal account settings.
- MED-4048 – Resolved issue where users were still prompted to skip steps after dismissing reminders for an hour or the rest of the day.
- MED-4007 – Fixed a stability issue causing the History page to crash in staging environments.
- MED-4031 – Fixed issue preventing ICD-10 codes from successfully writing back to VEHR during demo testing.
Technical Improvements (Tech Debt)
- MED-4041 – Restored Sonarqube static analysis functionality while deferring coverage reporting.
- MED-3921 – Updated monitoring setup to temporarily mute Datadog alerts during production deployments.
- MED-3764 – Improved response handling logic for mobile API calls.
- MED-4012 – Optimized AI integration architecture for improved response performance and maintainability.
- MED-3945 – Enhanced debugging by uploading sourcemaps for all microservices during build.
- MED-4079 – Updated logic to check for existing ICD-10 codes within the past three years before writing new entries, preventing duplicates.
- MED-4077 – Cleaned up code and improved UI responsiveness for the History page.
- MED-4083 – Refreshed layout and improved navigation experience for the PF landing page
