We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Ambient Scribe to quickly address urgent issues affecting your experience. These fixes resolve high-impact bugs and improve performance, stability and functionality. 

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. It fixes issues with Embedded Veradigm Ambient Scribe (VAS) which were preventing normal workflow actions such as pausing, completing steps, or progressing through the Ambient Scribe to generate a note.

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

• Med-4342 –  fixed issue with Embedded Veradigm Ambient Scribe (VAS) in Production
• Med-4343 – Unable to use pause, skip, complete buttons in Demo
• Med-4328 – “Save to EHR” incorrectly appearing in the Orders tab on the embedded version
• Med-4339 – Resolve issues with symptoms not updating in real-time in Demo

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
