We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Ambient Scribe to quickly address urgent issues affecting your experience. These fixes resolve high-impact bugs and improve performance, stability and functionality. 

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. 

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

• MED-4325 – When using a Custom Note Structure or hiding individual sections of a note, disabled / hidden sections were still being sent to EHR as empty headers, resulting in empty EHR entries. This has now been resolved.

• MED-4346 – Retry logic for getting Patient Historical Data from EHR has been reduced to accelerate summary generation time and minimize backend error rates. 
• MED-4359 – When using a Custom Note Structure, Save to EHR would throw an error. This has now been resolved.

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
