We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Ambient Scribe to quickly address urgent issues affecting your experience. These fixes resolve high-impact bugs and improve performance, stability and functionality. 

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. 

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

• MED-4408 – Edits to History of Patient Illness were not saved properly. This has now been resolved.

• MED-4416 – Fix for “Save Order Sets to EHR” button being disabled when VEHR users access the non-embedded version.

• MED-4427 – Edits to Problem and ICD-10 in the Assessment & Plan were not saving properly in lower environments. Fix to prevent issue from escaping to production.

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
