We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Ambient Scribe to quickly address urgent issues affecting your experience. These fixes resolve high-impact bugs and improve performance, stability and functionality. 

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. 

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

• MED-4293 – In certain cases, when a note was generated without any problems/diagnoses, it failed to send to the EHR and showed an error. We’ve updated the workflow so that notes without problems/diagnoses now send correctly to our integrated partners (VEHR/Athena)

🛡️ Impact & Next Steps:

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
