🔍 What’s New?
Important Highlights
This release focuses on Labs & Orders reliability, appointment sync efficiency, and data integrity across accounts. We’ve made targeted improvements to ensure providers only see relevant, up-to-date data, reduce accidental EHR writebacks, and improve system stability during multi-account usage.
Documentation
- MED-4302 – Display a clear toast message when no orders are generated due to missing ICD-10 diagnoses in the Assessment & Plan, helping users understand why no orders are available before attempting writeback.
Workflow Stability
- MED-4475 – Enhances the GetSchedule workflow to include server timezone offset, enabling delta-based appointment syncing so only updated appointments are returned instead of repeatedly fetching the same records.
- MED-4502 – Fixes an issue where provider data from a previously viewed account appeared when switching to a different account, ensuring accurate History views.
- MED-4399 – Resolves a processing issue caused when a selected note layout did not exist across all notes types, preventing notes from getting stuck in processing
- MED-4526 – Fixes a crash on the History page observed in staging environments
- MED-4357 – Orders tab should appear without refresh
Usability Enhancements
- MED-4291 – Improves Labs & Orders behavior by preventing the “Save Order Sets to EHR” button from being clickable when no orders have been selected, reducing accidental submissions
