  • MED-4682 – Fix for manually typed Clinical Dictation when the Dictation step is skipped
  • MED-4689 – Fix for Save to EHR toast notification
  • MED-4744 – Fix for ICD-10 Code selection reverting on screen refresh

🧹 Technical Improvements
