AvodahMed Ambient Scribe Release 26.03.17 (2/19/26)

We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Production and Demo to address an issue impacting diagnosis writeback for VAS embedded users. These fixes improve reliability and ensure clinical data remains accurate and consistent. 

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users. 

🔍 What’s Been Fixed?

🐞 Critical Bug Fixes:

  • MED-4774 – Fix for internal error during Save to EHR when Vitals exceed the allowed bounds in VEHR.

  • MED-4780 – Fix for ICD-10 Codes not saving to EHR when selected in VAS embedded.

No action is needed on your part. All changes are live and have been thoroughly tested by our QA team. We’ll continue to monitor performance and keep you updated on any further improvements.
