We’ve deployed a hotfix release to Production and Demo to address an issue impacting Provider Preferences. This improvement improves reliability and ensures clinical data remains accurate and consistent. 

🚨 Why a Hotfix?

This release was prioritized outside of our normal release schedule to deliver immediate value and ensure continued reliability for our users.

• MED-4945 – Update Provider Preferences character limit from 200 words to 3500 characters.
