🚀 Overview

Today’s release brings critical improvements to AvodahMed, enhancing efficiency, stability, and AI-driven workflows. We’ve made major improvements to how we generate clinical notes, ensuring they're more accurate, consistently formatted, and easier to review. These updates reduce errors, improve reliability, and make notes more structured and seamless to integrate with your EHR - all while keeping processing fast.

Providers can leverage automated transcription and dictation updates to ensure smoother session navigation. Key bug fixes resolve freezing issues, infinite loading states, and inconsistent transcription behavior, particularly when skipping steps. Enhancements to EHR integration refine role-based access, streamline SSO authentication, along with significant optimization of SOAP, Clinical, and Referral note modifications. Additionally, backend optimizations, feature flag refinements, and logging improvements bolster overall platform reliability, ensuring a seamless experience for clinicians. 🚀

✨ Enhancements:

  • Users will see significant improvement to clinical note outputs, reducing time spent on manual changes.
  • Veradigm users will now have a more streamlined access to the Ambient Scribe through the Embedded Experience! Awaiting VEHR timelines for customer rollout. 

🐞 Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where voice profiles would only save after retaking a recording.
    • Note: Voice profile features have been deprecated as of May 6, 2025. This fix is no longer applicable.
  • Resolved a bug causing Quick Start transcription to behave inconsistently when skipping the first step.
  • Fixed screen freezing issues after completing session steps.
  • Addressed a long delay issue causing step completion to get stuck.
  • Resolved an issue causing a continuous loading state during Veradigm SSO login.
  • Fixed an issue where “Not Captured” sections in summary generation were incorrectly displayed as empty.
  • Corrected a bug causing users to be redirected to documentation after 5 seconds on completed steps.
  • Fixed Send to EHR failures after prompt improvements.
  • Adjusted SOAP note validation logic to be less restrictive when checking note validity.
  • Fixed referral note generation errors due to new prompt inconsistencies.
  • Resolved a 404 error when accessing DocWizard configuration.
  • Fixed session interruptions where transcription stopped mid-appointment.
  • Addressed dictation changes not applying correctly to SOAP, Clinical, and Referral notes.

  • EHR Integration Enhancements: Improved handling of default document display in dropdowns and streamlined Send to EHR workflows.
  • Updated JSON Extractor Logic to ensure accurate section formatting in notes.
  • Refactored Super Note Logic to parse and extract documentation more efficiently.
  • UI/UX Updates: Reskinned the “Save to EHR” button for improved usability.
  • Feature Flags Refinement: Introduced separate frontend and backend flags for greater configuration flexibility.
  • Performance Optimization: Reduced latency in document processing and transcription workflows.
  • Backend Stability Enhancements: Improved error handling, logging, and API response times to enhance system reliability.
