This release focuses on optimizing the Assessment & Plan formatting to reduce clicks, improve note organization, and minimize duplication. Additionally, we’ve addressed key usability improvements and technical optimizations to enhance performance and stability.

✨ Enhancements:
- Updated Assessment & Plan Formatting – Simplified structure to reduce duplication and improve readability in SOAP and Clinical Notes.
- Improved Error Handling for Veradigm Tenants – Removed unnecessary “Return Home” link from the “No Found” page.
- Smarter Note Saving Workflow – Prevents partial save errors by keeping the “Save to EHR” button disabled until the update is complete.
🐞 Bug Fixes:
- Fixed Validation in Clinical & SOAP Notes – “Not sufficient” check now properly triggers when data is incomplete.
- Resolved 404 Errors – Fixed instances where users incorrectly received 404 error messages.
- Updated “Not Captured” Display – Ensures missing Plan and Goal sections are correctly displayed.
- Improved Dictation Logs – Enhanced logging for better issue tracking when appending notes.
- Fixed Veradigm Demo SSO Login Errors – Resolved authentication issues for demo environments.
- Corrected UI for Terms & Conditions – Ensures Privacy Policy and Terms of Use display correctly on first-time login.

- Upgraded Soniox API – Fixed transcription disconnection issues for audio over 65 minutes.
- Optimized Diarization 2.0 – Reduced processing time by 50%+ for faster transcription.
- Added Automated Soniox Monitoring – New Lambda function improves error handling and logging.
