In this release, we’ve prioritized clinical clarity, platform flexibility, and consistent EHR workflows, while resolving key bugs and refining UI behavior across multiple touchpoints.
🔍 What’s New?
✨ Enhancements:
MED-2990: Replaced the term “provider” with neutral, familiar clinical terminology in generated documentation.
MED-2989: Now includes content from the Dictation step in the AI prompt alongside Transcription, so documentation reflects all relevant clinical insights.
MED-3059: Enabled Userflow integration to support custom onboarding workflows across tenants.
MED-3067 & MED-3068: Backend enhancements for Admin Portal Tenant Creation workflows.
MED-2690: Improved user messaging around protocols to ensure clear communication of available care resources.
🐞 Bug Fixes:
MED-3030: Fixed issue where text persisted when reopening the “Add a new template” modal.
MED-3028: Resolved bug that incorrectly created transcription blocks in the Provider Note.
MED-3058: Removed bulk delete operation—temp files now auto-expire after 30 days.
MED-3019: UI update – refreshed the look of the appointment page.
MED-3029: Fixed session timer bug that resumed after dictation post-appointment completion.
MED-3037: Resolved issue where note content could not be copied to clipboard.
MED-3021: Admins can now view past/future appointments in the Appointment History list.
MED-3024: Restricted Roles & Permissions tab visibility from non-admin users.
⚙️ Other Improvements:
MED-2980: Default note icons (gold star/grey star) now respect user roles, hiding or showing as appropriate.
MED-2927: Standardized the “Send to EHR” action across all documentation types for a reliable user experience.
MED-3007: Updated to use Transcription ) for improved speech recognition.
MED-3062 & MED-3094: Introduced auto-retry logic if certain Super Note fields return empty, minimizing manual rework.
MED-3032: Ensures we use the undiarized transcript, regardless of its timing.
MED-3033: Added a last_active timestamp in our user DB table, instead of relying on Clerk data.
MED-2802: When clicking “View” on a protocol, renders media (PDFs, videos, images, etc.) directly in the viewer.
🧹 Tech Debt Cleanup:
MED-2984: Cleaned up logging in the symptom_detector service to reduce noise and improve traceability.
