How to Add or Edit a Patient in Nsight
Adding a New Patient
- Navigate to the Patients Page
- On the Appointments page, click Patients in the left-side panel.
- Create a New Patient
- Click New Patient at the top-right corner.
- Enter Patient Details
- Fill in the required fields, including name, date of birth, and other relevant information.
- Use the MM/DD/YYYY format when entering the date of birth (e.g., 03/18/1980).
- Save the Patient Record
- Click Create to finalize the entry.
Editing a Patient Record
- Locate the Patient
- Use the search bar to find the patient by name.
- Edit Patient Information
- Click the three-dot menu next to the patient's name.
- Update the necessary details and click Update to save changes.
Filtering Patients
- Sort by Provider
- Use the Provider drop-down menu to filter by a specific provider.
- Patients without an assigned provider may appear as Unspecified.
