🌐 Step 1: Click the Address Bar
- In your browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari), click once in the address bar at the top of your screen.
➤ This should highlight the full URL.
📋 Step 2: Copy the URL
- Right-click on the highlighted address.
- Select "Copy" from the dropdown menu.
🧾 Step 3: Paste the URL Where Needed
- Go to the Customer Portal > Ticket Creation page.
- Locate the field labeled "URL of Session."
- Right-click in the field and choose "Paste", or press Ctrl + V (Windows) / Cmd + V (Mac).
📝 Example Use Case: When submitting a ticket, if your session took place in a browser-based system (like Zoom, Google Meet, or a custom app), paste the session’s web address in the portal ticket filing creation process put this URL in the field called “URL of Session” to help the support team review it faster.
