How to Invite and Manage Team Members

  • Navigate to the Teams Page.
  • Click Create New Team Member.
  • Fill in the required details:
    • Name
    • Unique ID (This will be needed for Providers, reach out to Customer Support)
    • Role (Super Admin, Admin, Provider, Medical Staff, Office Staff)
    • Organization/Location
  • Click Send Invite – the user will receive an email.
  • If the invite expires (after 24 hours), click Resend Invite.
