How to Test Your Microphone in AvodahMed AmbientScribe

Follow these steps to make sure your microphone is working properly:

1. Open AmbientScribe (Web Version)

Log into the AmbientScribe web application.

2. Go to Settings

• Look at the left-hand navigation panel.
  
  
• Click Settings.
  
  

3. Open Audio & Video Settings

Inside the Settings menu, select Audio/Video Settings.

4. Test Your Microphone

1. Click Test Microphone.
   
   
2. When prompted, speak clearly for five seconds.
   
   
3. AmbientScribe will automatically play back your recording.
   
   

5. Confirm the Microphone Is Working

• If you hear your own voice during playback, your microphone is functioning correctly.
  
  
• If you do not hear anything, or the audio sounds distorted, your microphone may not be set up correctly.
